4 out of 5 stars really hard

from a good left hand gaston, move to an extremely small right hand gaston. do the good ol' iron cross and let your feet cut. while in the iron cross position and feet hanging in the air, lift your left foot up really high about one foot below your left hand. etc and so on. that move is incredibly hard, and it doesn't even end there.

this thing is easily v8... or a mckinney v4++++. heh.
