toprope route due to proximity of opposite cliff. Unclip the directional biner on your way up; reclip on the way down. Falls do bump you against the opposite cliff anyway, so a static rope is hung on the anchors.
Both this route and route #7 wade through a sea of holds and feel very similar. It's appropriate the both pay homage to the great horror film maker, Alfred Hitchcock.

Tricky crux; many marginal holds to choose from, with a thin reachy section and an occasional jug to find.
This route and the rest of the "classic horror movie set" are TR-only routes due to the opposite cliff hazard. Ironically, the pressure is off; no fear of falling. Unless you didn't finish tieing your knot...
