Description:
Start on Icy Touch of a Dimensional Shambler, clipping its chained biner and next hanger. Cross onto the arete. For full effect, skip the rest on the first landing, climbing straight up the arete, clipping Cosmic Horror's two high bolts. Head right on the upper landing to the anchors next to the ladder.

Madness Abounds with Varation upon Variation!
This borrows the start of Icy Touch and borrows two bolts off of Cosmic Horror. Before CH got bolted, the arete could not be TR'd without helacious swing. Only a couple of the arete's holds were used on Icy Touch's 5.10a variation (Herbert West's Strange Experiments). Now CH's upper bolts allow this variation cruising straight up the arete. So CH is weird mix of a variation of HW (itself a variation) and main route CH. Cosmic!
