Like someone previously commented, kind of bouldery to just above bolt 1. Then the climbing eases significantly. Lots of rope drag, be careful on the lower. Perhaps I'd suggest longer anchors. If your friends TR after, I'd extend with draws until the last person cleans.
Neat little boulder problem. Could be a 10d. That's what it felt like to me, but then routes that get their difficulty from a boulder problem always tend to feel easier to me. My two friends who both redpoint around 11b/c thought it felt like a solid 11a.
