I'd like to know the beta for a consensus 5.9. What an ugly climbing experience - and this was supposed to be a warm up.
2012/1/1: Went there seeking sunshine. Remembered that I hadn't rp'd this route. I went out left for the 5.9 holds. Only problem with that is the line is not bolted for that, but rather the arete instead (mid-5.10).

difficult at the bottom, possibly rated 5.10b or so. once you make the big throw from the horn to the ledge, it's easy the rest of the way. not the most entertaining of routes.
