Description:

This route ascends the crack system about 15' right of the waterfall (in the ampitheater) I soloed the first ascent in 1996. Simple nailing, bang bang bang. We'll I was about 45' up, nailing a bomber #2 angle, when I found myself in the riverbed below. I had five pins, a nut, and a cam yank. They slowed me down enough to soften the fall. Thus the name "spittin jack" I'm the jack ass that spit off of it. A classic example of how to make easy aid hard. I came back, finished the route, and lowered off a hex and a slung bush.
