Description:

The First pitch begins with clean aid, up hollow flakes to a bolt about 25'up. From the bolt, aid a fairly long bolt ladder with some free moves to a semi-hanging belay. Start the second pitch by free climbing up and left to the beginning of a short bolt ladder. Nail the corner to a hanging belay. Pitch three starts up, then traverses right, under the roof. This section needs attention, in testing the gear. The pieces tend to be dicey under this roof. Climb out the cool exposed roof via three bolts, then nail right on k.b.'s. A rivet marks the point where you stop traversing, and climb up. There are no bolts to fix the rope to on the top, I used the huge trees instead of drilling. Descend via two single rope rappels off the north point of the mesa. You can also hike off, straight east then scrambling the northern forest. Really Fun Route For Cedar City Climbers to learn adventure aid. Ton's of holes thought.

This route is really killer with some excitement as well. I was ONE move away from gaining the summit tree when a block wedged loose hit me in the head and sent me for a nice daisy fall.I was loopy so stroker droped me a courtsy rope so i didn't send. Keep in mind this is all at the lip of a 10 foot roof 150 up, it recived a courtsy rivit for the last move instead of the strech of death ( feet under a roof and you were trying to stretch full extention to a tree, and i am 6'3'') thanks Stroker. But in all honesty its the best aid line in the canyon since the pillar fell.
