Possible to get some screws in. There are also large eye bolts in the rock put in probably for the power plant.

Description:

Approach: From the Hydro Park entrance, this is a 5 minute walk up canyon to a cliff directly behind the power station. The wall can actually produce 3 or more climbable lines and often forms a wide curtain of from 10 feet high on the left to 60 feet on the right.

Descent Options:

Walk off up canyon along the canal or rap the trees.
