Description:
These routes are located just above MINERAL FORK not Butler Fork!! Edit to add: Climbed the 5.9 last night and I would not recommend this climb or crag to my worst enemy. Very dirty and loose rock everywhere; plus the routes feel/look contrived - not to dis FA - just personally wouldn't recommend.

Ascent Note
I thought both of these routes were ok. The rock on the 10c is good; on the 9 stay more on the face and away from the ridgeline for better climbing. Good for a quick outing after work on a hot summer day; not the best in Big Cottonwood, but worthwhile. The Red Molar is high enough in the canyon that it is cooler on a hot day. I would call the location just below Butler Fork, not above. You can seen the stone/brick structure covering a mine entrance from the road.

Ascent Note
I am pretty perplexed how distasteful you found these routes on the Molar, Xover. I wonder why I have gone back to repeat them? One thing is that the looseness and lichen nature is cleaning up with time and the thing I hate most is its extreme proximity to the road, but otherwise, I think you should try them out again and give a second opinion. Or, then again...tell me what routes you really do like in the Wasatch and I will try to go climbing there!
