Description:

Hike your ass off past all the sport routes down low. About three hours later you will be in the upper drainage of the Coalpit. The Cliffs are on the right side. Thunderluck ascends a obviuos dihedral/weakness up the farthest chunck of rock in the drainage. You know you are at the right start if the wall on the right is green and split by half a dozen of thin cracks/seams. You top out on top of Thunder bowl in Bells and Bells is the recommened way down as Coalpit has lots of stinging nettle in the summer time. Prepare for a lot of walking and solitude. Good rock and good luck! This route was named such because on the first ascent my parterner and I were waiting to get hosed on by looming thunderheads all day. Never happened though. If someone is gonna sack up and go for it PM me and I can give you some KILLER beta.
