This is the 6-9 pitch (depending how you link 'em)longest offering at the Gate combining several routes. It's in the book. It is also possible to rappel with one 60m rope 5 times down the wild east face to the ground and minimal 2nd class hiking. *** 5.9 Smoot route with other variations possible.
