About Dork Dot Rock:

70 foot granite pinnacle, across from and on North Rock Canyon wall. This is overhanging rock, with some cracks, few TG's, some lay-back that are not obvious and slight roof section. It is challenging and good work out for any holds, can be entertaining for the best climbers. Gets afternoon sun. Base: climb small ledge and belay location is fairly good. Info by User: rockskis.
Approach: Go To Rock Canyon Area of Provo, approx. 1 mile up trail tun left at "Climb Safety" sign just before "Kitchen" area (also the steel gate) cross creek go up scree 400 ft. bear left on trail about 1/8th to 1/4th mile until you come to pinnacle (Dork Dot Rock). The trail to the pinnacle is not obvious. Scree is loose with some large rock that can slide. trail is not obvious, but Dork Dot Rock is quite obvious. Approach Time: 20-30 min.
