Route sequence (left to right):
Route Summary | Ascent Notes (4)
G. Kaplan, J. Garrett
TR variation: 7 bolts to chain anchor (on right)
Full value variation: p1- 11 bolts to 2 bolt anchor. p2 6 bolts to glue in rap anchor.
The climb starts on overhanging rock. There are some hard moves at the beginning. Climbing eases some after the 4th bolt. Be careful clipping 6th bolt, as a fall with slack out could land you on the ramp below. TR anchors are a little hard to see, off to the right. 2 ft runners are helpful. TR variation is 5.9.
Full value variation (5.11-) continues up to the left from bolt 7, past 4 more closely spaced clips to a belay ledge.
Pitch 2 travels up low angle corner to an overhanging arete. Rap anchors on ledge above.

Starts out much harder then it looks. Be sure to be ready to catch your buddy if he falls clipping the first bold. I felt on the 8th bolt (on the easy part) and cut my leg, rock is a little bit sharp, but this route is very well protected. Just watch out for the ledge after the 4th bold. I hope to it climb again soon.
I only climbed the first pitch. I personally thought the start felt more like 5.10, then the climbing eased up a bit. The rock is still a bit dirty. I have heard it is quite chossy on p2. May be a good time to consider a helmet.
