Description:

the crux is 11a but the mental crux is the 2 pitches of 5.9R run out face climbing on a moss covered wall. route finding is key! we got way off route and it made it scarier and more run out then it had to be.

I got off route also, and had to "burn a cam." This route is not the route to do after large rainstorms, the flake on the first pitch will crumble. I enjoyed the location of the route. I also enjoyed the fact that I was flying up Angels Landing, back to the car, and pounding beers, way before people on Prodical Sun set up their portaledges. When you near the top of the route, you must pass through the TOURIST JUNKYARD. And they wonder why people call them "TOURONS."
