Kolob Canyon
About Kolob Canyon:
Less crowded part of Zion national park. Several quality big wall routes. There is a lot of free climbing as well, most of which is in The South Fork of Taylor Creek. |
Approach: | South Fork Taylor Creek- from the entrance it%u2019s a short drive up Kolob Canyons Road to the parking of the trailhead. Before the road takes a sharp right, there is a small parking lot on your right. There are two entrances, small bench, and trashcan. To access the trailhead continue (on foot) up Kolob Canyons Road for 20yrds before crossing the road and heading up the canyon. There is a small, worn path that will lead all the way to the back of the canyon. |
