About The Narrows:

This section includes routes in the canyon from the upper (north) end of the Riverside Walk up through The Narrows proper.
Approach: From the Temple of Sinawava, hike north to the end of the paved Riverside Walk trail (approx 1 mile). Hike upstream from the end of the Riverside Walk.
Approach Time: 30 min to 1.5 hrs
