Description:

At the right side of the cave @ Deer Leap's Right End is a wildly overhanging crack with a fixed RURP (and broken cable) at its bottom. The crack goes from incipient and uber-small to off-width at the top. Insecure in first half and awkward in second half. Solid 5.12 climbing (i.e. bouldering on a rope) with two points of aid - both in the first 30' - gets you an ascent. FA: 5.12 C2, Guy Alsentzer 8/17/2010 NOTE: If someone replaces the broken RURP at the start it would be a ton less heady.

Descent Options:

Once over the lip look for the bolt up and right to rap or continue up and left to Coming Home's anchors.

4 out of 5 stars FA

Hard and sustained overhanging crack. My upper limit. Let me know what you think if you jump on it.
