Description:

Located on the Cottonwood Boulder immediately facing the (too close for comfort) hairpin turn on the road, this problem is currently the hardest at the Notch, and arguably the most aesthetic. With the aid of an undercling and the ground, dyno a large distance to a funky left-hand sloping crimp (with thumb-catch), pull through to a slightly higher crimp with the right and hit a razor-sharp micro-crimp just to the left with the left hand (V7/8). From here you have to figure out how to reach the pair of shallow pockets far to the left, then to the undercling and top out (highball). (F.A. Bill Patton, '01)
