Coming around the S end of Hidden Hilltop from the Flying Circus roof, you will pass just downhill of a tall jumble of rocks (Highwater/Buzzsaw/Breakdown Area), then wind between this and a single separated boulder (the Cerebellum Boulder).

Beyond and slightly uphill of this is a clean white face just R of an arete and a jumble of stone and vegetation. This is the E end of the Michi Wall. Loop down the hill to pass below the jumble, turning W to where the ridgetop opens and drops into a saddle to the left.

The huge white boulder downhill is the Gimme Shelter Boulder. Directly ahead are two boulders, the right slightly larger than the left, and with the distinct profile of a human head, facing slightly left. This is The Hidden Head.

Traverse the entire thing (V1) or enjoy the range of slab to overhang problems, most on the featured west side. FA MG/MW 4/15/92
