Description:
To find this place, get off Greenbrier pkwy. Head south, make the first right at the cracker barrel onto jarman, then make the first right to crossways blvd. Drive down until you see the "aloft" hotel. make a right into the parking lot, you will see the retaining wall ahead. I've placed foot high cylinder of concrete to the right of it. Jump the fence and you're there. I go down to where the drainage is, I was asked a few times what I was doing I explained and everyone accepted my explanation. This could be bolted well.
