Description:
The climb is long and starts out with a 5.9 offwidth on the 3rd pitch. There are many pitches of 5.7- 5.9, including some unprotected face climbing. The route is not often climbed, which means that there is lichen on some of the pitches. However, this can be a benefit for routefinding as the places where the lichen is gone represent the path of travel.

Ascent Note
Excellent and exciting route. My first alpine rock climb. I seconded the route, led by Eric. Difficult routefinding and some loose stuff in the simo pitches, but fun. You do need 6 inch pro for offwidth pitch(s). Technical pitches are clean and offer decent protection. Bring doubles up to 2 inches. Prepare for the commitment, a grade 4+.

Ascent Note
We did the route in a one day push from the car (18.5 hours). It was a long grueling day. Several of the pitches were fun and of high quality. Many of the pitches have loose rock and/or are less then stellar.
