A particularly unfrequented area, that sees little use.
It is important to note that rappeling to the bottom will take an entire rope length. There is only one rappel bolt (that I can find)--and it's fairly old--though Dallas Kloke's latest book (2005) shows a second one bolt. There are a few old rings from the '60's left on some routes (use at own risk).
Much of the rock is covered with lichen and there are loose rocks/gravel/dirt. There is not a well-defined area at the bottom of the cliff.
The good news is that its never crowded, and most of the cliff is in the sun, except for the lower part. Though it is called the Sunrise Slab, it maintains sunshine through most of the day.
