Simple J Malarkey
Jim McCarthy called this a 5.6. This was one of my favorite routes that I did in a week at Seneca - a great adventure with three short unique pitches. A tiny cam makes the first pitch a bit safer, the ramp is airy, and the roof is extremely improbable.

I started up SJM, as there was a party on Ecstasy & I'd never climbed it before... reached the horn on the Muscle Beach finish, but failed to commit; would like to complete the final pitch of MB, but will probably traverse into it from Ecstasy next time (a much more enjoyable climb IMHO).

Interesting.
Fun climbing after the first pitch. We did the SJM overhang variation - this is the last pitch of Muscle beach which is excellent.

I didn't like this climb at all. I found the start awkward, the ramp boring and the overhang at the top I made much harder than 5.7. Would not recommend this to a friend.
