| Approach: | From Fayetteville at the intersection of Routes 16 & 19, take Rte 16 north for approx 8 miles. Take a right immediately after crossing the large bridge into the parking lot. You'll also see the entrance to Cotton Hill boulder area at the entry to the parking lot. From the gate at the end of the parking lot, walk approx .7 mile til you see the sign for Hawk's Nest Dam. Follow the trail down to the boulder area. |

| Access Issues: | Slippery when wet!!! Be cautious of when the Hawk's Nest Dam gates are open. The water gets high enough to sometimes prohibit climbing. |
