Excellent route. First pitch was polished so I thought it was a little harder than 5.8 Felt like I was climbing in the Bugaboos

lives up to hype
incredible climb. worth the effort to get there and do it. icy snowfields at base made start difficult. check the tat you rap off - there were 8 cut slings we pulled from the first rap station (not slings we cut, but already cut slings hanging there).

Awesome line
We loved this route. Had no real issues with route finding. You can see the crux pitch from at least 3 pitches below it - just aim toward it. Felt the "easy chimney" noted on the topo was just as hard or harder than the crux 5.8+ (beware of these ratings) pitch. We summitted at 12:30 p.m.
