The area is a pretty secluded ice glacier. accessed via Hosteria Grey in the Torres del Paine park. If you're looking for the easy accessability of the park (ie bus system to get you there) but don't want to hike the W route with everyone, this is the place to go. About a 1-2 day trek into an amazing ice glacier. Really great to explore and do top roped ice climg out of the crevasses. We were there for 5 days without seeing anyone except our last night at camp Pingo, with is closer main circuit of the Torres del Paine park 'W' loop. Trekking is rolling but not too difficult, ice climbing out of the crevasses can be as easy or difficult as you want it to be.
