About Camping Galpão de Pedra:
One of the best places to climb in Rio Grande do Sul, Caçapava do Sul has about 50 routes on different rocks. The walking varies from 10 minutes to 2 hours. It has lots of potential for new routes. Just be aware of the lose rocks (it's conglomerate) and use a helmet. The rock are in the private propriety of Sr. Manoel, the owner of the campsite. He charges R$7 for he camp. Use your helmet because of the loose rocks (a lot).. Ask Sr Manoel for his barbecue and Ms. Altiva's (his wife) breakfast... |
