See directions for The Love Shack. Several miles before this area there is a nice little church on the left. Accross from the church on the right is a big sign that says national park. This church is about 4 miles up from the bridge over the river.
A hundred plus yards before the church is a steep dirt road going up left. Head up this past homes, pastures, bananas, mangoes and palms. Up high there is a banana and coffee plantation. You will head toward that. Follow trails steeply up. There is an intersection that heads straight accross right toward the coffee and bananas. Take this, go through a crude gate, and cross the plantation using a narrow trail. If you are in the correct place, you will come to two large boulders in the middle of the field. There is a good 5.10 tr on the lower one. Go past the boulders, and head straight up the hill. Go straight up to the very highest part left, and find the path we hacked out through the vines. Head very steeply up to the cliffs (hellish). The access route is a chimney a bit left, leading to a rightward traverse, with a step over a steep area. |
