Peaches (5.7)

Rating: 4 - Ate up gear. We were in a hurry as dark was falling and the rangers were impending. So I decided not to puzzle out the final chimney part of the 5.7 variation, which seemed way stout for 5,7, and instead went a bit right to the face and a series of ledges with very poor rock that blew out on me, dumping me back on the ledge and tearing a hole in my finger. Sucks being the big guy. The climbing below though made it very worth while...really awesome crack which you and just marvel at as you climb the face moves adjacent to it. The descent was a bit scary in the dark...picture bellycrawling across a 4" ledge with a long drop below...in the dark.
