Flesh Tuxedo

Rating: 5 - This is a fantastic climb. The beginning is a fun jug haul then a little technical in the middle and a great finish. The roof is intimidating from below but not that bad.

The Sweepings

Rating: 1 - This is the worst climb I've ever done at Shelf. The moves are boring, and inobvious. The bolts are rusting and fairly far apart with unpleasant falls. It's right next to a crack. Just no fun at all. Don't be curious, just avoid it.

#1 Super Guy

Rating: 5 - This is mediocre climb with a fantastic finish. The moves getting to the first bolt aren't super hard but would prove painful if one fell. The moves to the roof are fun, nothing to write home about. The roof is where it's at. Just crazy feeling to cut the feet. Then a few more moves to the anchors. It's just crazy to be upside down looking at your belayer. It's not sandbagged, it's just a little beta intensive.

Richter Scale

Rating: 4 - If it weren't for the bottom ten feet this would be just as good as #1 Super Guy. The moves out the roof are desceptively easy with most of the holds being good. Listed in the guidebook as 5.10b and it just barely gets there.
