I'll second the Howe Sound Inn. The Brewery up there is awesome too, especially on special night (tuesday, as i recall....mmm, specialty pizzas!) Crossroads Cafe in Jtree. The breakfast place across the street was surprisingly tasty, too. The Thai place in Moab is excellent, and the M.O.A.B. at Miguels cant be beat (especially since its so friggin big, its easily two meals!)

-Rays Tavern- Green River, Utah. I like to hit this place on my way home from Moab. Bacon Cheese burger and fries WITH fry sauce. I've been told they have a good beer selection but I wouldn't know since ALL beer tastes like shit to me. -The Bit and Spur-Springdale, Utah, just outside Zion National Park. They have the best Chile rubbed Rib eye IMO.

Edit: By the way northwesterners, you're about to get a treat. One of the Pies owners is opening a brew pub in Hood River, OR. Keep an eye out for it.
