About Central Park:

Central Park has several excellent and very popular bouldering areas. Rat Rock is by far the most popular and has hundreds of routes if you consider all of the eliminates - there will often be more than a dozen climbers here on a nice day. Cat Rock, the Ramble, and a cluster of boulders at the north end of the park have good bouldering as well. For more info and a guide go to ClimbNYC.com
