That's an ice climbing site. Shrug7 will be climbing TODAY; about oh five months before good ice will form on the North Shore. 
Don't worry about it though, a lot of poorly traveled, geographically challenged climbers think that the North Shore is north of the artic circle and covered with ice year round.
