I sent them a "trial" pair of shoes, prolly a year and a half ago. Same deal, never heard from them, couldn't contact, website had expired. I gave up. Then one day, probably 4 months after i sent the shoes out, they came back, resoled and ready to go! I don't know what goes on with these people. I don't think i ever got charged...
I now use Rock&Resole-they're great and fast turnaround!
