First reaction: Wow! geotracker - you're pretty pissed and Wow! Mountain Gear - just wow!
In reply to: Ok, first off. I'm going to aplogize for flying off the handle. I admit I was a bit harsh in the post. Secondly, thanks Paul for responding so fast. I see from this reply that MGear really stands behind their customers. Thanks again. :D Second reaction: . . . and they lived happily ever after.

Thanks Paul and Malcom for responding so quickly.

Another suggestion that Paul might find useful: I think it would be wise to send out any needed phone numbers, web sites, email address etc, when shipping gear that has been previously recalled or repaired to prevent unneeded conflicts over simple misunderstanding from happening in the first place. I assume since geotracker is getting a replacement tomorrow that he actually received a recalled cam by mistake. However, I see it very possible that someone could receive a fully functional piece of equipment and believe that it has been recalled simply because of their lack of information. So, simple solution, make sure they have it, and give them all the resources needed to double check MG's word. But, since Paul rocks so hard, he probably already has thought of a system much more effective and creative than my obvious idea. But, if he hasn't, he can just send me a few OP link cams as a thank you. (God I'm a scavenger)
