I had a great weekend, lots of climbing, lots of beer drinking and lots of catching up with friends from around Seneca. We started off Friday night with a midnight climb up Seneca (via the 5.2 route...har har) at midnight under a full moon. It was beautiful, perfect temps and no wind. Had some scotch on top, and was back to camp by 2am. It was a fun time, totally spur of the moment.

Climbed all day Saturday. I ticked several routes on my list, including my first .10b at Seneca. Really cool line. We were a party of three that day and managed to get a lot done, considering.

That night some friends suprised me with a gift certificate to the Gendarme as a going away present. Awww!! I bought an ATC Guide, it's not a bad little rig.

Saturday night/Sunday morning poured rain, and we were in hangout mode when the sun broke and the rock dried enough to allow a few more ticks on the south end before I started to march home.

On of the guys took a ton of pix, I haven't seen them yet, though.

It's also when the fat chicks come out thick, and hungry.

It was hawt. Woman 5'0" 100lbs, fends off women 5'4"-5'8" 250lbs+. Spring has yet to let me down in Maine. It's entertaining. All the thick chicks are trying to show off thier b o d y s, ew.

There was plenty of garbage to be picked up at Nemo, and there was no sunburn to be had.
Did you pick up garbage though? And did you win free stuff?

I said, "Hey, there is some garbage Toady could have picked up." and "Its to bad Party Girl is picking up garbage that someone else would have picked up if she would have come here to pick up the garbage that nobody is going to pick up.

As to winning "free" stuff. I didn't pay $10 to go pick up garbage instead of climbing.

I did RP a couple of 12s first go even though I botched them a bit. It was a bit like flashing them with bad beta. I also climbed and downclimbed your project in my approach shoes. Twice. Without resting except in the time it took to pull the rope.

My new approach shoes don't climb as well as my 5.10's did.

And yes, I did pick up some garbage.
Good job. Happy Earth day!

In other news... No one sells PBR in anything less than a 30-rack here. and i can't do those any more.

the CVS ad in my mailbox today had PBR 12packs for $5. I tossed it.

I'm drinking Stone IRS. $6 for one 22oz bottle.
I was drinking draft for $6.00 a pop.

what were you drinking?
Alexander Keiths.
I'm not a big fan of Keiths, or IPAs in general....dispite it being the [scottish accent] pride of Nova Scotia [/scottish accent].

Hey Kelly, did you know the guy who used to do those ads is now facing charges to do with child porn? Cree-pee.
No I didn't know that. Very very creepee. They were funny ads though. You spilly willy! ha
Shocked

You do know what a "spilly willy" is don't you?

Why do you think they had to pull the adds?
They are referring to beer, what are you referring to?

You bet the kids' college fund, didn't you?
No money involved. Good thing, bruce would have killed me!

no money? Out with it.
haha Seriously its a really silly bet.
If the habs win the series I have to put on my friends Canadiens jersey and smile, so he can take my picture. I then have to hang it in my bar amongst all my boston bruins memorbillia.

If the bruins win its the reverse. I get to hang his picture in the bar, wearing my Bruins jersey.

I am really afaid of putting on that red sweater though, I think my skin will burn off or I might melt!
Oh jeez!!!

That's it?

Why are they called the habs?
What do you mean thats it? I dread it....but only a hockey fan can understand my pain.
THe habs is short for habitants. It used to mean the team that lived in quebec or something stupid like that.

That was the best game evah!!! We were out at the pub. I was the only bruins fan in the whole place. Was crzy! Bring on game 7.

They need to win or else I lose a very terrible bet I made while I was intoxicated
Toady is going to dance naked on the bar!!!

toady lost her bet.

Yes, I lost my bet and my phone was ringing as soon as the buzzer ended the game.

Good article snupe. The writer is like many a Bruin fan gone by the wayside.

Post the pic.

hah.

It used to mean the team that lived in quebec or something stupid like that.

any sports fan, really.

you guys all out climbing? I am at werk. lame.
Yeah i was out clipping bolts. i'm toasted now.
Yeah I was out picking up garbage at the crag then climbing. got sun burned

You mean your ghey lilac approach shoes?
I don't know where you get lilac from. Except maybe from Bec who is obsessed with gardening now.

They are grhey.
