Snoop, I don't get you. You choose not to post in this thread, yet you still covet it's PTs. What's the issue? (and no, don't reply in the other thread, I'm not hanging out over there anymore, and I barley have the time to read and catch up with one thread, much less two)

Chossy won't post in the original brent_e thread. Snoop won't leave the original thread, but continues to read this one and post his replies in the original! I believe it is an attempt to annoy teh hell out of us so we all go back to the original. You have to admire a man with a dream. A dream of a 1000 page thread...

A TV's that thing you watch your porn on. Meh, that's so 90's. Porn is now watched on the computer thanks to the extensive porn collection of Mr. Internet.

I blame him for ressurecting this thread I'm responding to in spite of my complaints. the only person still consistently posting in the home thread is Snoop and not for too much longer, though nobody wants to help me get to pg. 1k. So everybody is abandoning the mega thread. I do like the idea of beating the MASSholes 2x. I've been trying to keep it in here, but I'm not a huge fan of talking to myself. He's starting to crack

Its surprising how many islands have rock on them though. You should definately bring your shoes dave. I was in St Lucia (pre climbing days) and there are 2 old volcanos on the island....has to be some rock under that somewhere, don't ya think???

But before that I was cleaning the garage. then I loaded the car with 3 cases of empty beer bottles and was going to take them back to the beer store...but there is still beer in the fridge so I didn't feel like it. gawd I so sound like a guy! I just wanted to make sure hubby had some beer when he got home tonight.. Where do you americans take your emptys to?? Or do you just recycle them ?? We recycle. wasteful canadians.........global warming is your fault isn't it! NOT! We recycle them back to the brewery. They reuse them so in fact we are doing more for the environment. What is the first R???? REUSE. Besides, Canadians consume a lot of beer and we don't want them to run out of bottles. I thought that the first R was reduce. Anyway, I've never really gotten Ontario. Back in around Halifax I knew where at least three different recycling depots were. Had them for years, and we'd get a nice deposit back on all glass bottles (wine and liquer included). We also have curb side pick up. But if you want to get really efficient, check out PEI. No plastic bottles period. You buy all your pop in glass bottles, and they have a pertty good deposit on it so almost everyone recycles them. Pop.....nobody in california says pop. I had to learn to drop that from my vocabulary

zeke_sf wrote: chossmonkey wrote: zeke_sf wrote: dr_feelgood wrote: mmmm.... brown sugary goodness.... Drinking Newcastle? Well, Doc, as the Whaambulance Paramedic, I'll tell ya first. Today I climbed, I reinjured my finger, and I mEATBOMZed. I was going for an onsight of a 5.10A classic at the crag before going for a lead run on this 5.10D CI and I have checked out on TR before. The 5.10D was not to happen. I got through the crux fine on the 10A (Bottomless Topless), but while pulling on a hold inside the crack higher up, my finger gave out and I mEATBOMZD onto a #3 cam. I finished out the climb, disgusted that that move is in fact the last legitimate move on the climb. 6+ hours of driving, 2 climbs, and done. The good things are: Although it's the same finger, it's not as bad as it was the first time when I kept climbing on it after injury; at least this time I was injured on a climb that won't be re-set next week at the gym; and, at least I got a mEATBOMZ out of it. Sigh...here's to at least a month of no climbing and pc++. Pass me the Newcastle.... Bummer. Icy beer will be good for your finger. I think the last time I really fucked up one of my fingers was on one of those stupid climbing Towers winning $20. Well actually only $15 since I had to pay $5 to try it. Not worth it. Thanks, Choss. The climbing tower story definitely makes me feel better . After screwing the finger up in the gym the first time, I decided I'll take the risk of reinjury just as long as it's not done on a bolted hold. At least this way I know I can go and send the climb months or even years later. At least it was outdoors right?

The bear crag is Southern Californias finest sport climbing crag. The Jay redpointed his project and began a new one. I redpointed Jay's old project on my 4th try.
