Then you were lucky but foolish, check your all of your gear for war/abrasion and learn when to retire it. Slacklines can and have broken bones on contact when they snap.

You wouldn't shoot split brass, this is the same type of tempting fate.

Did you just pull that out of your ass? I guess I'm missing the connection.

That was the precise reason I decided not to sell you any gear.

You decided NOT to sell me gear because you ASSUME that I do not value every human life?? What a HYPOCRITE! You tell me that NOT using those caribiners can kill me and so you do NOT sell them to me which raises the chance of my death because you ASSUME I do not value every human life? How are you valuing MY life by doing that??? The answer is you're NOT!!

What do YOU know about the value of human life angry? Please educate me?! I have seen first hand the value of human life of ALL races, genders, religions, and all walks of life! What experiences do you have?

YOU obviously do not value EVERY human life because i would fall in the category of EVERY human life!

Please show me what made you ASSUME that I did NOT value human life.

I was aware of the dilemna. I'd hoped you'd quit climbing, not die. Either way, I could not ethically justify giving you a screaming deal on gear, at my loss, vs. selling the same biners to a decent person. It was all in the PM I sent you.

Ya, because my life isn't work a "screaming deal on gear" at your loss... You have AMAZING charachter Angry! I'd gladly GIVE away 5-10 biners to a guy who was using the wrong gear... but hey, if you can sleep at night then that's all that matters. Great integrity angry! I can see how you are helping the climbing cummunity!! I bet one day there will be a book about you and all the great things you've done to help the sport!

Inability to leap analogous hurdles is pandamic here.

No explanation will get you over the hump, sorry.

You'll just have to deal.

That's pretty crazy! My rigs are only 40 ft long or so and none of them have problems at the anchor points... actually i just replaced all my rigs so none of them have problems at all anywhere right now ;)

Allow me to rephrase then!

Your rc.com user name invariably reminds me of someone... so much so that I think of you as 'The Other Shoe."
