So what kinda pants do you wear when you climb? I have a pair of Prana titans and they are the best pant I have ever owned.

oh well, i suppose you diserve at least one proper answer.
in 'summer' conditions where i know i'll be more worried about heat and abrasion i'll wear my A5/tnf crag pants. just your basic HD cotten convas cargo pants really. simular items available fro numerous outdoor manufacturers, and really they arn't that diffrent from a pair of carhartts.
for the other three seasons you'll need something tough, with a bit of weather protection and still cut for climbing. up until this year i wore my same summer pants layered over capalene and just suffered through. this season however i discovered Schoeller and i'm never going back. get some lightweight softshell pants made from Schoeller Dynamic and you'll be stylin with wind and water resitance, excellent abrasion resistance, high breathability and major comfort. my pants of choice are the REI mystral pants. adjust warmth needs by varrying underlayers. i go with either silkweight, lightweigh, midweight or a combination of silk and light or mid patagonia capalene depending on climate and anticipated aroebic work.

I wear pajamma pants.
Never limits the range of motion
Soft and comfy material
Summer: very loose and airy for ventilation. It also keeps the sun burn away
Chilly Fall and Spring days: Still warmer then shorts

I didn't believe the hype until I needed some drawers last summer - these brown Pranas were the best available in Aspen and they are SO TOUGH. I swear I've worn 'em at least 3 times a week since July and they still look new. I'll wear 'em all weekend climbing, wash 'em, then wear 'em maybe twice during the week to work.
they're some kind of crazy-tough synthetic, snap up away from your ankles if you want, and have subtle but substantial zippered cargo pockets. Also, little vent-holes in the crotch to let the guys breathe when the harness would otherwise restrict airflow.

Isn't it strange to spray about which pants you wear?
I wear one of 2 kinds of pants climbing.
1) REI Slickrock-- for warm weather or gym. Thin material, durable, and good range of movement, lots of pockets. You can pick them up for as little as $9 on super clearance at REI about once a year. I have 2 pairs of these. Never ever pay $48 for a pair of pants. Ever. That is just dumb.
2) Gramicci Mountain Jean. On sale at sierratradingpost.com for about $29 right now I think. I have 3 pairs of these for outdoor climbing and camping. They are cotton, a little thicker, and basically indestructable. Decent movement, comfortable, and warmer for outdoor climbing when it's not too hot out. These are $58 retail. Again, stupid to pay full price for anything.
I don't particularly like Prana pants. Seem overpriced and cut to fit someone other than me. I do like their shorts, but that was not the question asked.
What t-shirts do you all wear? :roll:

My favorite climbing pants would definitly be my Prana Asana pants. Good stretch for movement and of course they look super cool. 8^)
