Wish we could come this year, Jay, coz we had a great time last year, despite me being sick. Instead, Newbie and I will be sunning ourselves, climbing and kayaking in Thailand for almost three weeks. btw...Louis should set up her own crag dog clinic!!

I bought a ticket expecting a lot of people I know to be going. Now none of them are...so if anyone wants to carpool, I'm in NOVA and have friday off from work for it. Otherwise I might have to just call it a donation and do something else... I know everyone I spoke to about it had no idea you had to pre-register. Once they know I think it actually got some people thinking it would be too crowded/too much of a hassel this year. Not sure.

Not a chance! One of the reasons for pre-registration is to limit the size. Come on out. You won't regret it!

I won't be able to get there until ~11:30 friday night but I am definitely still coming! Will I have to worry about not getting a parking spot and parking down at the bridge?

Single J - We'll be there with bells on! Can't wait for the Rendezvous this year! Question for you that's been floating around my circle of folks - each year, since there's only so much food to go around, and since we usually climb wil 7:30 or 8, we cook and eat before we even head to the party on Saturday. This year, since they know how many people will be there, and since you pay to get in, will there be enough people to feed all attendants? If you have a ticket, are you guaranteed to get fed? Thanks!

I would like my steak medium-well with a side of bernaise sauce and maybe some new potatoes or asparagus. Also, I find the 92' Dom Perigon to be a little dry for my taste so go with a 88' or even a 74'. Can you ask Malcolm to bring my pancakes to my tent around 7:45 AM and make sure they aren't too fluffy. Also, since there aren't any showers I'll be needing 5-6 NRAC people to baby wipe me every couple hours. Does anyone have the roomservice # in case I get late night munchies?

Haha, I think a duel of #6 camalots and nut tools on the slackline would be more befitting of the rendezvous.

LL, that sounds like one of those questions I could easily answer wrong. Email Maura! (Buck successfully passed.) Then post the answers. Straight from the source. Bottom line - Yes, they have upped their dinner and food supplies and will provide enough food to feed everyone that has a ticket. However... that does NOT mean that if you get there at 8pm there will still be food. Just means that they will have alot more food to go around, and dinner is still at 6pm! They will also have enough breakfast on Sunday to feed everyone but ditto on the fact that if you show up really late it doesn't mean they are going to save breakfast for you! So get there on time! That's what came from waterstone on that matter. Hope that helps everyone!

Not at Burnwood, no. But there are plenty of other spots available. Roger's is a safe bet. Or Chestnut Creek.

24. Ear plugs. I highly suggest bring them is you are not going to be falling into your tent in a drunken stuper. (saw that you don't drink) The partying does continue well into the wee hours in the morning, and if you are a light sleeper, forget about sleeping without ear plugs.
