Another vote for board shorts.
Alternatively, you may find gi pants comfortable. I found an old pair from when I was in TKD back in high school, cut them off to knee length and yayyyyy!

I have found an awesome pair of capri pants by Millet(T?) that are awesome- they have give but more importantly they don't stick and they breathe really well, and there is a little pocket at the bottom of the left leg for your chapstick- which is huge for me! I hope you can find a pair because I love mine!! Yoga pants are good too but they get sweaty and bunch up- at least the ones I have!
