I guess my wildest trick would be taking the harp sit way down, I can drop by knee below the line on the sit, so like the top of my foot is on the line instead of the bottom.

my wildest trick is droping one knee on to the line (not to the side like a drop knee) and then springing up onto one heel. from here I spin a 180 on my heel, then try to keep that bouncing motion going untill I can spring into the air for a second 180.
