Hi guys, a few months ago i finished a climbing video, it's something different of what you could have seen until now. I posted it on the internet, if you have time, pls have a look at it and tell me how you like it. http://www.telefonica.net/web/photoarchive/real the video is in spanish (as the webpage), but i guess it's easy to understand without words... the link to the video in the page is at top right. take care, juan

For someone watching it without sound (good ol' work), I would like to send praises. I don't ever watch climbing videos (except the ones that show up on the Banff tour), but I liked what I believe was the narrative, liked the filmography, etc. Pretty nicely done. It was a bit slow paced when there wasn't climbing, but like I said, I had no sound. It probably would have helped. :)

Juan, kinda like listening to Rammstein for us English speaking cats...dont know what their saying but cool nonetheless. That traverse at about the 10 minute market looked ridiculous :) Very cool moves to say the least. thanks for the vid, Sean

That was really cool, thanks for sharing it! I liked the mix of urban and industrial scenes with climbing, wish I could understand the conversations near the 17 min mark, but still. Very cool, well done! Mike...

In reply to: Anybody knows if it's possible to convert VHS to digital format? I mean to see it on the computer. if it is, can you tell me a site where I see how to do it? Thanx you'll ned to special hardware to do that. There are some video cameras that allow you to connect them to your pc/mac with an usb cable and then capture the video to a file. if not, you may need to buy a video capture card so you can plug the camera to the rca or svhs connectors.

it was free, so I can't complain too hard, but I thought that vid really sucked. 90% of the climbing they show is just one-move bouldering. They'll show a single move, or even part of a move, and switch scenes. Can't they hold off on the scene changes/angle changes for more than a couple seconds at a time? Gave me a bloody headache
