In reply to: No problem hanging with them and probably would be either really cool or really depressing to watch. The concerns were mostly over camping space and route selection as the expectation is that Petzl will have alot of ground sewn up. I have know idea, but that's what the poeple who've been to them before thought. I wish I had the stones to ask my wife for all three weekends, but NOT likely.  This is precisely why, that weekend, I will be at Peter's Kill. Yes, it's not multi-pitch. However, it won't be NEARLY as crowded, and the climbs are still awesome. T

In reply to: Hey!! Shakespeare was a friend of mine and you're no Shakespeare!!!! :P granted. shakespeare was a two-bit playwrite in his day. specialized in burlesque comedies, and bloody battle scenes. left a wife and kids in...uh...some small english town to move to london to write plays and associate with the underbelly of the city. :)

Good morning ladies and gentlemen… As well as chad, adam, & mel, ;) Chad, that was only about class-3 T…tsk tsk Adam…brutha I’d rather look like me without hair…than look like you any day :D Mel…yes…when in the sun for long periods of time…it is pertinent that folks with shorn locks wear some form of head protection lest they be damned to a burnt skull. Had a great surf session last night….the weather went nuts and sent 8-10 foot swells. Super foggy…with big surf…insane combination…getting prepared for Hawaii next week! W00t!!!

Probably shouldn't mention that I had a shot to buy a H-D Springer last summer for $3000 and turned it down because she said so. Granted it was literally in 100 pieces in a box but the motor was re-built... What can I say? I'm lloking forward to many more years of carnal pleasure, I'm too young to start pissing into that particular wind, know what I'm saying?

niiiiiiiice, Just got this email from my boss:
In reply to: I just noticed you left the office at 5:15 today. Although that is a normal time to leave, I also noticed that you were not in until 9:00am this morning and then made coffee after arriving, thus starting well after 9:00. Having said this, I would have expected that your work day would not have ended until at least 5:30pm to make your 8 hour day. This concerns me because I see a trend here.

I've just taken too many english courses to think of him as the uber poet. because he was writing crowd pleasing plays...not great works of art. he never intended them to be great works of art. and they were copied over like 15 different times by different people, half of whom were just trying to remember what he said instead of working from a script, so we don't even know if they were the real words or not. So yeah, I'm not as enamored with the bard as some people. I do like the plays, I just think they aren't as classic literature as people make them out to be.

krillen- get out while you still can, man...places that are that concerned about the minutes you work are no good!!! then again, in this market, a job in the hand is worth 2 in the paper. I personally think that as long as you get your work done in a timely manner, the time you are there shouldn't matter.

I personally think that as long as you get your work done in a timely manner, the time you are there shouldn't matter. Funny thing is: SO DO I! He doesn't mention the nights I've stayed late, or come in on the weekends, or even better the days I'm here before he gets out of bed. Here's my response:
In reply to: I had a family dinner that I was already late for so I decided to make up the 15 extra minutes today. I had left home early yesterday to make sure I could leave here here at 5:00, but unfortunately highway 8 was backed-up onto the 401 yesterday, which in turn made me later than I wanted to be. I have no plans to try and get out of working my allotted hours, I was simply trying to adjust 15 minutes accommodate both family and work. I assure you my intentions are inline with company policy. As in the past, if there was going to be a significant alteration of my day, I would be sure to come and pass it by you. I hate having to kiss ass, but like you said, until I can find something else I'm stuck here. oh....and I hardly call 1 time a "trend"

Thanks, Anne! (hug) T

Always worrying whether you'll have to explain yourself and your actions or not. Happy B-day T.
