I am brand new, not just to this site, but to the world of climbing as well. I am currently only climbing in a gym until I get good enough to look elsewhere and have a good partner. I also want to make sure I am goign to enjoy the hobby before I spend the $$ to get all of my own equipment. I have started a yahoo group on yahoo for anyone interested that lives in ventura CA. Here is the site. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/VCClimbon/ I am glad to be here and excited to learn as much as I can about techique and equipment and anythign anyone wants to tell me!!! Frank S.
