downshift, Just to let you know it's New Liskeard, and there is some good climbing in that area I'm from there. I did alot of climbing in Cobalt, there is a few nice climbs in the mine sites about half a dozen or so. So i'm sure you could have some fun. Not to mention the boulder that is there. I go up that way alot drop me a line sometime when your going that way we can meet up and do some climbing together either at the mine site or Devil's Rock. Steven

H0und: Sorry I missed you message in this thread. Just got back from up there. I didn't go to climb (went to fish) but I did manage to get some climbing in. I checked out Devil Rock on my way up. Quite nice! Although I didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted there and I forgot to grab the camera. I did manage to get some bouldering in on the lake I was fishing too. All and all I love climbing in the North, with the exception of the bugs. What's with the damn cluster flies this year????

Pete:I'm thinking of joining you and Yvette for Bon Echo, the blueberries should be everywhere and nicely ripe then...mmmmm. Spliff:At least I'm a weekend warrior, I think you don't even qualify for that status at present Aaron:I will be there again for the August long weekend. E or PM me. Dave can come but keep him away from Nimbus. I saw someone having an epic on it on Saturday while I was hanging from the belay of "the victim". Note an appropriate name and a funny tale to tell when next we meet. Darksides plans also include meeting up with Clymber and anyone else in the Gunks this weekend. If anyone from Ontario wants to join me get a hold of me before Thursday night. I have other things in mind for later weekends but plans are still vague at this time. One probability is a party for 3-4000 people with FREE BEER at the end of July and lasting 2/3 days the only climbing done though will be boat masts

finally made it to buffalo crag yesterday... we were braced to have to line up for things but there was only one other party at the crag. they left within an hour of us getting there which i suspect may have been due to our "eau de climber" after cranking in the sun on a few routes. we had the crag to ourselves and topped out around sundown. yay!
