Any ways, if you had a full set of bd's nuts, 1-13, but 1,2,and 3 are rated at 2kn,2kn, and 5kn respectivly, would you still carry them on your rack, not to be placed unless absolutly needed?

Those are some of my most used Nuts. I've fallen on my #2 twice this summer. I find i'm usually using them to sew up a crux so when i do fall i'm not coming down from 30 feet above.

I'd carry them, bad protection is better than no protection

Oh fer crying in a bucket. If you need protection that small, get a set of brassies or steel nuts. The tiny Stoppers are for aid placements. Bad protection may be better than no protection, but good protection is preferable to either. If you're placing the tiny Stoppers more than a few times on free leads, stop screwing around and get some Offsets or steel nuts. I use my Offsets all the time.

In reply to: Micros are on the shopping list... Good call. BD's micro stoppers are far superior to the same size standard ones.
