i find myself having a lot of trouble on very overhung or horizontal problems. i can do stuff on vertical or slightly overhung walls that is graded harder but with much more ease. any tips on what i can do to help my roof climbing. i bouler v5 ish and usually cant do more than v2+ on roofs. im getting frustrated and need some help. thanx in advance

1. Footwork (usually the key) -kneedrops -know when to frontpoint and when to edge -any footwork that will bring your hips closer to the rock 2.Core muscles -if you don't normally, make a concious effort to maintain body tension as you climb through crux moves -Hips in towards the wall, CG over your feet...

I have the same problem with really overhung problems. The best advise I can give is to learn your moves and sequence them together. Oh yeah, don't forget to breathe

I find that it helps to Tense up your abs as much as possible whenever you make a movement.
