The talents face appears to be a little out of focus.

The photographer should have had their point of view out a little more from the rock face. Seeing what the hand was hanging on to adds to the story and same for the feet. I know it's hard to get those extremeties in sometimes in a wide shot but seeing amputated limbs takes away from a pic.

Good job on the rich colour of the talents skin and also for the fact that she has a blue top on. You captured the talent whilst she was looking up so points get added for that too. A smiling casual face takes points away however, climbing is not a beauty contest, strive to capture the emotion associated with being driven to achieve something desperate. Of course climbing is also about having fun too so smiling is also good. I'm currently in a phase of trying to capture desperate emotions so I am projecting what I view as essential on to others so you may disregard those remarks.
