I want to ask this question to all you mortal climber like me who still find V7 challenging. I ask this question bacause i think this is a very interesting grade, in which climbing becomes more challenging. Its is defenetly a grade that all people who make an effort and train could climb. From there up, good genes start to come into play..jaja

Please share pictures, location, etc.. watever you have on your dream V7.

Mine, i have 2... i like this lines not only for their originality but also for the amount of sweat that come from my hands every time i think of them, frankly, i find them a little intimidating...

They call him jordan (joes valley)
roughage (hueco)

they are still projects for my heavy arse..

The thief at Horse Pens 40 http://www.rockclimbing.com/...the_Thief_67888.html
It says its an 8 on here but its been downgraded (lkike everyting else at HP40 grrrrrrrrrrrrrr) since that i believe.

Problem description: come out of the overhang on fairly juggy hold, go left handed to an EXTREMELY small crimp then right heel hook on your right hand and then go up to a nice crimp above you. The left hand crimp is the smallest hold at horse pens.

I think High Plains Drifter at the Buttermilks has to be one of the best I have ever tried.

Roughage is definetly a great climb. Very exposed finish with a scary landing!

If you like comitting climbs you shoud try Disposable Heros. Tall v7 at ground level on West Mountain? That climb will make you shiver!
